Annual General Meeting 2021
The BVICCHA 's Annual General Meeting will be on 29 November 2021, at 10:30 am virtually (for Sister Islands members) and in-person at Village Cay Marina. To attend, you must register and indicate your island, as we also have to have a register and list attendees. One representative per business is required. If you do not have login information, please call us at 345-3513, and we will get that emailed to you.

Instructions to Register
The Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Association aims to make the process to join the meeting as seamless as possible. Follow these steps to ensure you are successful:
- Ensure you have your login information. If you need it, please call 345-3513. Only one representative per business can be online to facilitate electronic polling (one vote per business).
- Go to https://business.bviccha.org/events/details/annual-general-meeting-2021-2735 and click Register (the red button).
- Login in and confirm the information. Click Save Changes.
- Click Next if the information is correct on the next screen.
- On the next screen, make any changes you need and add any comments. Click Next.
- View the connection information. A link to the agenda will be here as well. This information will be mailed to you as well, but save this information just in case. When done, click Close.
